Installation using vcpkg

You can download and install ChaiScript using the [vcpkg](https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg/) dependency manager:
git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg.git
cd vcpkg
./bootstrap-vcpkg.sh
./vcpkg integrate install
vcpkg install chaiscript
