eval_error now inherits from both std::runtime_error and std::nested_exception, enabling users to access the original exception via rethrow_nested() or nested_ptr(). The engine's eval() method wraps uncaught Boxed_Value exceptions in eval_error, nesting the original Boxed_Value so it can be recovered. exception_specification continues to work for typed exception unboxing.
