4a6737b0fa Make string optimization (#179) 
* Add NO_STL std::reverse implementation (#174)

Follows the example implementation on [1].

02f7326a09 Changed STL alternate namespace to always be 'etlstd'. 
Changed std:: to ETLSTD:: macro to select std:: or etlstd:: depending on existence of ETL_NO_STL.
