771d697e31 Modified strings for better memory efficiency. String truncation detection and clear-after-use can be disabled. 
Added ETL_DISABLE_STRING_TRUNCATION_CHECKS macro check in platform.h.
Added ETL_DISABLE_STRING_CLEAR_AFTER_USE macro check in platform.h.
Added etl::flags to wrap boolean flag functionality.
Four parameter equal() algorithm variant added.
Modified is_pod definition when using the STL.
Added are_all_same trait.

bff480b9a2 Removed ETL's implementation of nullptr for pre C++11 compilers. 
Created the macro ETL_NULLPTR for internal use. Equates to NULL or nullptr, dependent on the compiler version and project profile.
Added partial compile time versions of binary_fill and has_zero_byte.

8f29bb8862 ETL's random number generators are now non-polymorphic by default.
