* etl::is_nothrow_swappable_with
* etl::has_unique_object_representation
* etl::is_bounded_array
* etl::is_unbounded_array
* etl::is_trivial

Document etl::is_pod

Note that etl::swap needed adjustment to enable nothrow detection via
SFINAE constraints. This change closes in to the standard.

* Fix preprocessor directive formatting in header
