fbarchard@google.com 292c2286a6 prototype of a YUV to RGB function to achieve higher quality and performance at the same time. The chroma is made more accurate by using negative values that allow more range and then subtract the contributions from the luma contributes. The luma is made more accurate using a multiply that duplicates the Y bits out to 16 bits and then does a 2.14 bit fixed point coefficient. The replication is done for free as part of the multiply.
