George Steed 34abe98fe2 [AArch64] Add SVE2 implementations for NV{12,21}ToARGBRow ... We need a permute to duplicate the UV components, so we can share a common implementation for both NV12 and NV21 by varying the inputs to the INDEX instruction that generates the TBL indices.
