This reverts commit 51e2e12b9b59452b1ad16c33a88bbcdd085b5450. Reason for revert: The llvm bug fix https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/102979 has been rolled into Chrome in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/5921462.
