- Preserve xmm7 in ScaleRowUp2_Bilinear_12_SSSE3 - Previously xmm7 was used in ScaleRowUp2_Bilinear_12_SSSE3 without being preserved, which violates the Windows x64 calling conventions and can cause undefined behavior.
