Frank Barchard cdbdf5b723 Fix debug compilation problems for gcc and 32 bit x86. ... In some methods with 7 arguments gcc fails to find enough registers to compile the assembler code when compiling debug. libyuv.h	Remove bayer format support from libyuv. This format is very rare and used on legacy hardware. Its not well optimized and has bugs related to odd widths.
