Hao Chen ee53a66c5c Fix compilation errors.
Fix the narrowing conversion error from ‘long unsigned int’ to
‘long long int’ that occurs when using the new compiler on
the LoongArch platform.

libyuv is an open source project that includes YUV scaling and conversion functionality.

  • Scale YUV to prepare content for compression, with point, bilinear or box filter.
  • Convert to YUV from webcam formats for compression.
