It is now unreachable because:
- end_set == end_attr_data is enforced at library/x509_csr.c:236.
- end_exts == end_set is enforced at library/x509_csr.c:248.
- x509_csr_parse_extensions() only returns success if *p == end_exts, enforced
at library/x509_csr.c:188.
So after a successful x509_csr_parse_extensions() call, *p == end_exts ==
end_set == end_attr_data. The condition at line 257 cannot be true.

Don't allow parts of a compound (SEQUENCE or SET) to go beyond the
containing compound.
The inline CSR regression test is derived from the existing "X509 CSR
ASN.1 (OK)" DER test vector. In the extensionRequest attribute, the original
well-formed fragment is:
a029 3027 06092a864886f70d01090e 311a 3018 ...
where 31 1a is the SET containing the Extensions sequence and 30 18 is the
contained Extensions sequence. The malformed test changes only the SET
length byte, from 1a to 19:
a029 3027 06092a864886f70d01090e 3119 3018 ...
The attribute SEQUENCE length and the inner Extensions sequence length are
left unchanged. This makes the SET one byte too short for its containing
attribute, so the parser must reject it with
MBEDTLS_ERR_ASN1_LENGTH_MISMATCH instead of parsing the trailing byte as
data outside the SET.
There is no known security impact, just some risk reduction.

Some code that parses or writes X.509 needs to know OID values. We provide a
convenient list. Don't remove this list from the public interface of the
library.
For user convenience, expose these values in the same header as before and
with the same name as before: `MBEDTLS_OID_xxx` in `<mbedtls/oid.h>`.

- Do not store RSA-PSS signature options in CRL/CRT/CSR structures;
- During the parsing phase, just ensure that MGF1 hash alg is the same
as the one used for the message.

Namespace BEFORE_COLON and BC defines by prepending MBEDTLS_
and expanding BC to BEFORE_COLON_STR. This is to avoid naming
conflicts with third-party code. No functional change.

A parsed CSR struct (`mbedtls_x509_csr`) now includes some of the
X.509v3 extensions included in the CSR -- the key usage, Netscape
cert-type, and Subject Alternative Names.

We used to include platform.h only when MBEDTLS_PLATFORM_C was enabled, and
to define ad hoc replacements for mbedtls_xxx functions on a case-by-case
basis when MBEDTLS_PLATFORM_C was disabled. The only reason for this
complication was to allow building individual source modules without copying
platform.h. This is not something we support or recommend anymore, so get
rid of the complication: include platform.h unconditionally.
There should be no change in behavior since just including the header should
not change the behavior of a program.
This commit replaces most occurrences of conditional inclusion of
platform.h, using the following code:
```
perl -i -0777 -pe 's!#if.*\n#include "mbedtls/platform.h"\n(#else.*\n(#define (mbedtls|MBEDTLS)_.*\n|#include <(stdarg|stddef|stdio|stdlib|string|time)\.h>\n)*)?#endif.*!#include "mbedtls/platform.h"!mg' $(git grep -l '#include "mbedtls/platform.h"')
```

Introduce MBEDTLS_X509_INFO to indicate the availability of the
mbedtls_x509_*_info() function and closely related APIs. When this is
not defined, also omit name and description from
mbedtls_oid_descriptor_t, and omit OID arrays, macros, and types that
are entirely unused. This saves several KB of code space.

Also remove the now-redundant lines declaring that the files are part of

In library source files, include "common.h", which takes care of

The library style is to start with the includes corresponding to the
current module and then the rest in alphabetical order. Some modules
have several header files (eg. ssl_internal.h).
The recently added error.h includes did not respect this convention and
this commit restores it. In some cases this is not possible just by
moving the error.h declarations. This commit fixes the pre-existing
order in these instances too.
Change the secondary X509 CSR parsing call for the alternative MS header to only
occur if the first call fails due to the header being unfound, instead of any
call.
Add support for RFC7468, and the alternative Microsoft footer/headers for CSR's
that contain the text 'BEGIN NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST' instead of
'BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST'.
This commit removes all the static occurrencies of the function
mbedtls_zeroize() in each of the individual .c modules. Instead the
function has been moved to utils.h that is included in each of the
modules.
Modify the function mbedtls_x509_csr_parse_der() so that it checks the
parsed CSR version integer before it increments the value. This prevents
a potential signed integer overflow, as these have undefined behaviour
in the C standard.
This PR fixes a number of unused variable/function compilation warnings
that arise when using a config.h that does not define the macro
MBEDTLS_PEM_PARSE_C.
