   * Add the `MBEDTLS_CONFIG_NAME`, `MBEDTLS_CONFIG_SET` and
     `MBEDTLS_CONFIG_UNSET` CMake options for selecting and customizing
     compile-time configurations, including configurations based on a custom
     `MBEDTLS_CONFIG_FILE`. Fixes #10838.
