Ankit-cs 17d280195a Support OID subidentifiers wider than 32 bits when decoding ... mbedtls_oid_get_numeric_string previously capped OID subidentifiers at UINT_MAX, returning MBEDTLS_ERR_ASN1_INVALID_DATA for valid, conformant OIDs carrying wider values (such as standard ITU-T X.667 128-bit UUID arcs or arcs > 2^32). Add multi-precision base-128 to base-10 conversion for subidentifiers exceeding 32 bits while retaining the fast integer path for standard subidentifiers.
