Gilles Peskine 2ccda0f48c Make the random device configurable 
Instead of unconditionally using `/dev/urandom`, make the device path
configurable at compile time through `MBEDTLS_PLATFORM_DEV_RANDOM` or
at run time through `mbedtls_platform_dev_random`.
