Valerio Setti dbb42ae8ab tests: pkcs7: adjust tests case dependencies for pkcs7_verify 
Recently PSA_HAVE_ALG_SOME_RSA_VERIFY guard was removed from pkcs7_verify()
allowing the function to be used also to test EC signatures.
However there are now tests which are failing because they require
RSA to be enabled in order to work properly. This commit fixes this
dependency.
