Check for the 'Certificate verification was skipped' message only when the testcase depends on MBEDTLS_SSL_TLS1_3_KEY_EXCHANGE_MODE_EPHEMERAL_ENABLED since in other cases certificates may not be enabled at all and this message will not be printed in the output.
