Ronald Cron a33b371f36 programs/tests/dlopen.c: Prioritize libtfpsacrypto.so 
Prioritize libtfpsacrypto.so over libmbedcrypto.so
as the crypto library to load to be sure we test
the loading of libtfpsacrypto.so.
