Boost.Iostreams implements memory mapped file IO, but it uses a `std::shared_ptr` in its implementation, and the overhead of the heap allocation seems unnecessary in this case. In mio, these are two classes to cover two use-cases: one that is move-only and the other that acts just like the Boost.Iostreams counterpart, with `std::shared_ptr` semantics. Moreover, Boost.Iostreams does not support establishing a memory mapping with an already open file handle/descriptor, which mio does, and has been the primary motivation for writing this library.
