Avoid old-style casts
...
Replace C-style casts with static_cast/const_cast so -Wold-style-cast
is clean, and enable that warning in the Unix test builds and the
amalgamated-header CI job.

Fix compilation outside Visual Studio because clang and gcc doesn't have proper headers and I don't know why. Currently I do not want to fix this by myself, patch are welcome.
