ddc6764d13 ARGBToUVMatrixRow_RVV replace vlseg8 with vlseg4,
implementing horizontal paired adds and accumulation to improve
performance on SiFive x280, and fixes the remainder logic to use valid
vlseg4 loads. Adds TestARGBToUVRow_Any to test odd-width remainder
handling.

Also fixes a build break for non-RVV compilations by ensuring all RVV
functions and their closing cplusplus braces are correctly wrapped in
#if !defined(LIBYUV_DISABLE_RVV).

Also adds NV12ToNV21 as a macro alias for NV21ToNV12 in
planar_functions.h, as the conversion is bidirectional (swapping byte
pairs in the interleaved chroma plane). (Patch from

ace7c4573c Add ARGBToUV444MatrixRow_RVV, ARGBToUVMatrixRow_RVV, and wrappers
This change implements ARGBToUV444MatrixRow_RVV, ARGBToUVMatrixRow_RVV,
and their wrappers (ARGBToUVRow_RVV, ARGBToUVJRow_RVV, etc.) using RVV
intrinsics, mirroring the NEON/AVX2 designs. It wires them into the
build and dispatch systems.

LIBYUV_RVV_HAS_TUPLE_TYPE is always true on new compilers. This macro
has been removed, assuming it is true everywhere, reducing the amount of
code in row_rvv.cc, scale_rvv.cc, and row.h.

- Added `ARGBToUVMatrixRow_AVX512BW` implementation in `source/row_gcc.cc`.
- Added corresponding `ARGBToUVRow_AVX512BW` and `ABGRToUVRow_AVX512BW` functions.
- Added unaligned wrappers `ARGBToUVRow_Any_AVX512BW` and `ABGRToUVRow_Any_AVX512BW` in `source/row_any.cc`.
- Updated `source/row_any.cc` to correctly size `vin` and `vout` buffers for AVX512BW width and adjusted the `ANY12MS` and `ANY12S` macros to handle `MASK=63`.
- Updated `include/libyuv/row.h` with the required AVX512BW headers and definitions, scoped appropriately.
- Wired all callers of `ARGBToUVRow_AVX2` and related functions in `source/convert.cc` and `source/convert_from_argb.cc` to dynamically use the `AVX512BW` implementations if the CPU flag indicates AVX-512BW support.
- Optimized AVX-512 code to generate the `-1` multiplier in a single instruction (`vpternlogd`) and reused it across word (`vpmaddwd`) dot products. Handled the resulting negation by replacing a subtraction with `vpaddw` offset adjustment.

cbc64c353c Port ARGBToYRow_AVX2 usages to dynamically use ARGBToYRow_AVX512BW
I have successfully ported the usage of ARGBToYRow_AVX2 to dynamically detect and utilize ARGBToYRow_AVX512BW when available.

Here's a summary of the changes:
   1. Source Modifications: In both source/convert.cc and source/convert_from_argb.cc, I searched for all references where ARGBToYRow_AVX2 was
being conditionally used (which operates on 32 pixels).
   2. AVX512BW Detection: Immediately following those blocks, I injected a new check for kCpuHasAVX512BW. If the CPU flag is present, the logic
now utilizes ARGBToYRow_Any_AVX512BW by default, falling back to the fully aligned ARGBToYRow_AVX512BW when the width is aligned to 64
      bytes.
   3. Profiling: After building and compiling the tests (doyuv3x), I validated the change using perfyuv3 ARGBToNV12_Opt | cat. The test
successfully executed and the performance profile indicated that ARGBToYRow_AVX512BW successfully executed (taking up ~18% of CPU cycles,
replacing the previous AVX2 specific instruction overhead for the Y row extraction).

The HAS_ARGBTOYROW_AVX512BW macro implementation now fully supports all AVX2 conversion paths to utilize AVX512BW when the system processor
  flags allow it!

893eacf9b4 ARGBToY for AVX512
- add ARGBToYMatrixRow_AVX512BW
- refactor SSE and AVX to use Matrix functions, making old functions
  call the new ones.

Zen5 1280x720
Was AVX2 LibYUVConvertTest.ARGBToI444_Opt (1125 ms)
Now AVX512 LibYUVConvertTest.ARGBToI444_Opt (641 ms)

Details by Gemini:
  1. Created 3 new Matrix functions:
    Added ARGBToYMatrixRow_SSSE3, ARGBToYMatrixRow_AVX2, and
ARGBToYMatrixRow_AVX512BW to source/row_gcc.cc. These take the
const struct ArgbConstants* c parameter similarly to
ARGBToUV444MatrixRow_*. The x86 vector instructions dynamically
calculate the needed values using the properties of the constants
struct, including using vpmaddwd inside the AVX512 code to offset
the lack of a native vphaddw.

  2. Replaced Old Functions with Wrappers:
Modified the existing implementations of ARGBToYRow_SSSE3,
    ARGBToYJRow_SSSE3, ABGRToYRow_SSSE3, ABGRToYJRow_SSSE3,
    RGBAToYRow_SSSE3, RGBAToYJRow_SSSE3, BGRAToYRow_SSSE3 (and their
_AVX2 equivalents) in source/row_gcc.cc to act as inline wrappers
calling the new ARGBToYMatrixRow_* functions, passing the right
    matrix parameters (e.g. &kArgbI601Constants, &kArgbJPEGConstants,
    &kAbgrI601Constants).

  3. Added row_any.cc Handlers:
Added ANY11MC definitions to source/row_any.cc to autogenerate
    ARGBToYMatrixRow_Any_SSSE3, ARGBToYMatrixRow_Any_AVX2, and
    ARGBToYMatrixRow_Any_AVX512BW which safely handles non-aligned
    tails.

  4. Updated include/libyuv/row.h:
Updated the headers with the proper void declarations for all newly
generated Matrix and Any_ variants. Also defined
    HAS_ARGBTOYROW_AVX512BW in the CPU macros.

  5. Tested the Implementations:
Compiled and tested on Linux x86, which resulted in all tests passing
cleanly. Also successfully completed all Windows 32-bit build checks
ensuring 32-bit regression prevention without issues.

30809ff64a Add ARGBToI4xxMatrix variants
This was implemented by Gemini followed by manual review and some
tweaking for style. The 601 and JPEG constants are fully verified
against the existing non-matrix implementations. On x86 the C-only
versions appear to be about 25% slower than the optimized ones.

5b22f31cb5 Fix compilation issue for 32bit PIC build
Currently, ARGBToUVMatrixRow_AVX2 and ARGBToUVMatrixRow_SSSE3 fail to
compile with clang on 32bit PIC build with the error message: inline
assembly requires more registers than available

This is because in PIC code EBX is reserved for the GOT and with a frame
pointer EBP is also unavailable.

Fix this by copying the RGB-to-UV constants to stack locals first and
let the asm use simple stack-relative addressing.

b7d97d5f3f [AArch64] Fix compilation due to incorrect register constraint
The y0_fraction and y1_fraction variables in InterpolateRow_NEON were
marked as modified by the inline-asm block, however
5eea7812826c551559fdcd4a6988fcf1fbe341f6 marked these variables as
`const` which caused both LLVM and GCC to emit errors about modification
of const variables.

There is no need for these variables to be modified in the loop since
they are read-only, so simply update the inline asm block constraints to
match.

88798bcd63 [AArch64] Add SME implementation of Convert8To16Row_SME
Mostly just a straightforward copy of the Neon code ported to
Streaming-SVE. There is no benefit from this kernel when the SVE vector
length is only 128 bits, so skip writing a non-streaming SVE
implementation.

3d66e94fb5 [AArch64] Improve ARGBToUVRow_SVE2 and related kernels
This commit reworks the implementation of ARGBToUVMatrixRow_SVE2, using
an approach similar to that recently used in
61bdaee13a701d2b52c6dc943ccc5c888077a591.

In particular we can rework these SVE2 implementations to use 8-bit
dot-product instructions instead of 16-bit, allowing us to process more
data in a single vector.

To ensure that the input values fit in 8-bits, negate the UV constants
arrays passed to the kernel and undo the now-unnecessary flipping of the
middle two component values.

This commit mostly reverses the performance inversion where the Neon
I8MM implementation was previously faster than the SVE2 implementation.
The reduction in runtime observed compared to the existing Neon I8MM
implementation is now:

Cortex-A510: +5.6% (!)
Cortex-A520: -3.0%

ef9833fc70 Add Neon implementation of Convert8To16Row
Add a Neon implementation of the Convert8To16Row kernel. Compared to the
C implementation we can take advantage of knowing that the "scale"
parameter is always an unsigned power of two and fits in 16-bits,
allowing us to combine this with the shift and avoid needing to widen
the input data.

55a708e226 Fix unified sources build for LoongArch LASX
Several consumers of libyuv do unified sources build where many source
files are #include'd together to make compilation units larger and allow
for more optimization chances. But for LoongArch there is a wrinkle:
LASX and LSX code paths are implemented in separate files, unlike the
other currently supported architectures, and some definitions are
duplicated e.g. struct RgbConstants.

Since the duplicated content is identical across the two files, short of
some bigger refactoring, we can simply place #ifdef guards around the
definitions to fix unified sources build for LoongArch.

7fd0bd197e [AArch64] Port YUVToRGB color conversions to SME
Some of the color conversion kernels already have Streaming-SVE
implementations however many do not. We can re-use the existing SVE
implementation by moving it to a new shared row_sve.h header and marking
it with a "streaming-compatible" attribute to ensure it can be called

c2e7f8389a [AArch64] Add SME implementations of InterpolateRow{,_16,_16To8}
InterpolateRow_SME and InterpolateRow_16_SME need special cases to
handle if source_y_fraction is 256 since this would overflow a byte and
can just be a call to memcpy instead.

InterpolateRow_16To8_SME is never called with a source_y_fraction value
of 256 so there is no need for a special case here.

418b6df0de [AArch64] Add SME implementation of Convert16To8Row
Mostly just a straightforward copy of the Neon code ported to
Streaming-SVE, we can use predication to avoid needing an `Any` kernel.
SVE has a "widening multiply get high half" instruction in UMULH,
however using the same technique as the Neon code to avoid the need for
a widening multiply at all is more performant here.

These is no benefit from this kernel when the SVE vector length is only
128 bits, so skip writing a non-streaming SVE implementation.

03a935493d [AArch64] Simplify predicate width calculations
Several of the existing SVE kernels used calculations of the form:

        remainder = width & (vl - 1) == 0 ? vl : width & (vl - 1);

This is due to initial SVE contributed code unconditionally using the
predicated tail for the final iteration even if the width was a perfect
multiple of the vector length.

In the current code the fully-predicated main body loop will instead
iterate through the width completely and simply skip over the tail
entirely. Skipping over the tail means that the case handled by the
ternary condition now never occurs, and the remainder calculation can
now simply be:

        remainder = width & (vl - 1);

This avoids the need for a compare and conditional select in the
function prologue.

faade2f73f [AArch64] Avoid partial vector stores in ScaleRowDown38_NEON
The existing code performs a pair of stores since there is no AArch64
instruction in Neon to store exactly 12 bytes from a vector register.

The existing behaviour does not round correctly in all cases, so adjust
it to match the existing Neon implementation.

Update the tests to require bit-exactness and disable other

f1b28b3510 Avoid reading /proc/cpuinfo for non-Linux Arm platforms
While we will return kCpuHasNEON if the file fails to open, this does
unnecessarily introduce filesystem operations which are not needed e.g.
on embedded non-Linux platforms. When not building for Linux, we can
simply rely on the compiler flags to determine whether NEON support is
present for Arm32.

7eb552c891 [AArch64] Avoid unnecessary MOVs in ScaleARGBRowDownEvenBox_NEON
The existing code uses three MOV instructions through a temporary
register to swap the low and high halves of a vector register, however
this can be done with a pair of ZIP instructions instead.

Also use a pair of RSHRN rather than RSHRN2 to allow these to execute in
parallel on little cores.

ST3 is known to be slow on a number of modern micro-architectures. By

d5303f4f77 [AArch64] Unroll ARGB1555ToARGBRow_NEON to use full Neon vectors
Processing more data per loop iteration means that we can use the full
128-bit Neon vectors and also allows us to use e.g. UZP1 to perform XTN
+ XTN2 in a single instruction.

The early Cortex-X cores are not a fan of ST4 .16b with a
post-increment, so split out the pointer increment to a separate
instruction to avoid this bottleneck.

772f0fde1c [AArch64] Use full Neon vectors in RGB565To{ARGB,UV,Y}Row_NEON
The existing code only makes use of half of the vector lanes in the
RGB565TOARGB macro. In the RGB565To{ARGB,Y} kernels we can load more
data to allow using full vectors, adjusting the "any" kernel macros to
match. For the RGB565ToUVRow kernel we already have plenty of data but
currently call the macro twice as much as needed, so refactor the code
to only call it once but operating with full vectors instead.

- P010 and NV12 have the same layout: Full size Y plane and half size UV plane.
  P010 and NV12 are 4:2:0 subsampling
- P010 uses upper 10 bits of 16 bit elements
- NV12 uses 8 bit elements
- The Convert16To8 used internally will discard the low 2 bits.
- UV order is the same - U first in memory, followed by V, interleaved
- UV plane is be rounded up in size to allow odd size Y to have UV values
- Similar code could be used to convert P210ToNV16, P410ToNV24, with the size
of the UV plane affected by subsampling 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 variants.

8f039f639c [AArch64] Unroll ScaleRowDown4Box_NEON
We can use wider load/store instructions and avoid the need to waste
half of the ADDP/RSHRN vector data. The duplicated UADDLP and UADALP

4ad050b5ec [AArch64] Unroll {I422,I422Alpha}ToARGBRow_SVE2
Since the UV components are duplicated in I422 we end up wasting half of
the vector bandwidth processing the same elements twice. By unrolling
the kernel to process two vectors of Y per iteration we can fill a whole
vector of U/V components.

Rather than packing RGBA components into pairs during the narrowing we
now just narrow into individual component vectors and use ST4B instead.
This by itself is slower on some micro-architectures like Cortex-A510
but the benefit from unrolling significantly outweights this.

a64fffe632 Revert "Disable NV12ToARGB_SVE2 which fails the 'any' test"
This reverts commit f480fa1c4a4af0ce3c34cd7b1ab0d85f1a36ce17.

This code has a number of small issues:

* The YUVTORGB_SVE_SETUP macro requires p0 to be initialized to
all-true, however the existing kernel does not initialise p0 until
after this macro is called, so flip the order.

* The p2 register is missing from the clobber list, so add it.

* The existing code uses the wrong condition flags when determining
whether to do the tail iteration using WHILE instructions or not.
Additionally the number of tail iterations is incorrect, as it was
incorrectly not changed from when the tail code was always executed.

While we are here, make another few small improvements:

* Remove the single-quote digit separators as requested here:
  https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/libyuv/libyuv/+/5622133

* Remove "volatile" from the asm block counting the vector length. This
particular asm block cannot be removed by the compiler since the
output register is consumed by subsequent code, so "volatile" is
unnecessary here and we remove it.

* Add some additional empty comments to force clang-format to put macros
into the next line rather than on the same line as other asm.

e1a93c79fc [AArch64] Fix rotate by odd sizes
The existing disabled gtest rotate tests fail because the existing "any"
kernels always assume we are processing height=8 rows at a time. This
was recently changed to 16 on AArch64 which triggered this bug.

To fix this, amend the TANY macro to explicitly specify the fallback
kernel, such that we can use the height=16 kernel to match the SIMD
optimized version where necessary. Also change other architecture
versions to match.

5236846b64 [AArch64] Keep UV interleaved in some *ToARGBRow_SVE2 kernels
The existing I4XXTORGB_SVE macro operates only on even byte lanes of the
loaded U/V vectors. This is sub-optimal since we are effectively wasting
half of the vector in any pre-processing steps before the conversion.
In particular, where the UV components are loaded from interleaved data
we can save a TBL instruction by maintaining the interleaved format.

This commit introduces a new NVTORGB_SVE macro to handle the case where
U/V components are interleaved into even/odd bytes of a vector,
mirroring a similar macro in the AArch64 Neon implementation.

Reduction in runtimes observed compared to the existing SVE2 code:

                   | Cortex-A510 | Cortex-A720 | Cortex-X2
NV12ToARGBRow_SVE2 | -5.3% | -0.2% | -4.4%
NV21ToARGBRow_SVE2 | -5.3% | -0.2% | -4.4%
UYVYToARGBRow_SVE2 | -5.6% | 0.0% | -4.6%

11ff6067a5 [AArch64] Add SVE2 implementation of RAWToRGB24Row
There is no nice way of forming the TBL permute indices here since we
are operating on sets of three bytes at a time, so instead load the
appropriate indices from a static array. We can make use of SVE
predication to ensure we are operating on a multiple of three bytes for
the load/store instructions rather than needing to make use of more
expensive LD3 or ST3 instructions.

367dd50755 [AArch64] Add SVE2 impls for {UYVY,YUY2}ToARGBRow
This is mostly similar to the existing NV{12,21}ToARGBRow_SVE2 kernels
except reading the YUV components all from the same interleaved input
array. We load four-byte elements and then use TBL to de-interleave the
UV components.

Unlike the NV{12,21} cases we need to de-interleave bytes rather than
widened 16-bit elements. Since we need a TBL instruction already it
would ordinarily be possible to perform the zero-extension from bytes to
16-bit elements by setting the index for every other byte to be out of
range. Such an approach does not work in SVE since at a vector length of
2048 bits since all possible byte values (0-255) are valid indices into
the vector. We instead get around this by rewriting the I4XXTORGB_SVE
macro to perform widening multiplies, operating on the low byte of each
16-bit UV element instead of the full value and therefore eliminating
the need for a zero-extension.

Observed reductions in runtimes compared to the existing Neon code:
